This anonymous dealer group was experiencing weekly unauthorized logins on their Office 365 tenant. To combat this, their MSP would run a weekly report of all logins, track which logins seemed unusual, and quickly reset password to those accounts. Microsoft doesn't offer a solution built into enterprise accounts for Office 365. This must be purchased with their top licensing offers and configured. In addition, 50% of the alerts generated by Microsoft will be false alarms.
