Windows 365: Downsizing a Cloud PC (Direct Assigned Licenses)

,An administrator will have the ability to downsize a user's Cloud PC, provided that the admin has licenses in inventory to perform the downgrade. Only available for direct assigned licenses. Downsizing is only supported for vCPU/RAM – not storage.
