Outlook: One-step folder sharing
Today, sharing a folder requires manually sharing each parent folder in the hierarchy. Outlook will simplify this by allowing users to share a folder in a single step, automatically applying the required permissions to its parent folders. Before sharing, users will clearly see which folders (including parent folders) will be shared.
