Outlook: New Outlook for Windows and web - Preserve Declined Meetings
A new calendar setting in Outlook on the web and
the new Outlook for Windows will enable users to choose if they want their
declined meetings to be removed or kept on their calendar. Declined events will
not show as tentative nor block your free/busy when other people try to book
time with you.
