Outlook: Enriching profile cards with custom, organization-specific properties
Customers can now customize their M365 profile cards by adding custom properties unique to their organization. These properties can be sourced from external systems like HR platforms, enriching user profiles with relevant organizational details. Tenant admins can configure these properties with a display name and icon, which will appear in the Contact Information section of the profile cards.<br>GA date: June CY2026
