Outlook: Copilot Chat available in shared and delegate mailboxes
Shared mailbox users and delegates with Read and manage (full access), and/or mail folder-level permission will now be able to access Copilot Chat directly from their shared and delegate mailboxes in new Outlook.<br>GA date: March CY2026
