Microsoft Viva: Viva Goals - Improved Phased Target Feature to Reflect Child Objectives and Key Results
Customers who want to factor seasonality into tracking progress can
now set expected targets for specific time periods at the child key objective
and key result level and see the progress reflected in the parent objective or
key result.
