Microsoft Teams: Enhanced Third Party app purchase experience in Teams and Teams Admin Center

Shipping an enhanced purchase experience in a Teams look and feel for Teams 3 party application in both Teams store and Teams Admin Center. This feature will slowly roll out, first to customers with a commerce billing account then to customer without a commerce billing account.
