What’s Changing with EA Renewals?
Starting April 1, 2025, Microsoft released a new tool in Partner Center to help businesses with expiring Enterprise Agreements move their licences to the CSP program.
A key detail to know: Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Enterprise licences that include Teams are now marked as End of Sale. This means they can no longer be bought as new licences or renewed.
If your business already has one of these licenses, Microsoft will no longer grandfather suites that include Teams, and new licenses will need to be purchased without Teams. For users who wish to continue using Teams, the correct Teams license must be added to the new license.
