Enterprise Level Certified Partners pay $3,500 per month flat licensing fee for the partner offerings we provide. In addition these partners pay $50 per dealer setup fee and $20 per month for continued connectivity. Small Business Certified Partners pay $600 per month flat licensing fee for the partner offerings we provide. This fee includes up to 5 dealers per month for the flat fee with a fee of $120 per dealer after the first 5. There is also a $500 setup fee for customizing the forms, install guides and updating our support staff.
Becoming a Partner at RyanTech is easy. First we have you sign an Non Disclosure Agreement, "NDA" and a Letter of Intent, "LOI" which outline our intended partnership. When those are both finished we know what path we're on and you have 60 days to "play" with our products and services with no long term commitments. If you like what you see we roll you into our License and Services Agreement, "LSA" and we're off to the program. Typically partners know within the first few days if we are a good fit.
